Shipping & Returns
-Merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed. We try to keep the website as updated as possible, but as the merchandise comes from our floor inventory, items may already be sold out. While we try to avoid this in every way possible, please note that your order will only be processed if the item is in stock. If we can recreate an item for you, your order will be refunded until the time that the new item is ready to be shipped.
-We are a small shop with limited, one of a kind merchandise and, as such, we try to encourage purchasing with intent to keep. While we continue updating our website with accurate measurements in the product description, please reach out to us if you have any questions before purchasing. We are available and ready to assist you with any questions including fit, sizing, cleaning/care, etc. You can contact us via chat, email, or phone and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
-Please note that while the colors on the website should be representative of the product you will receive, the colors you see on your screen depend on your computer settings and may not be completely accurate to the actual product.
Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy
-Kate Beck ships all orders via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping charges are due at checkout. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for international shipping rates.
-Online purchases only will be accepted for return within 7 days for unworn merchandise with all original tags attached. The client is responsible for notifying Kate Beck New Orleans of all returns and exchanges within 7 days of confirmation of delivery. Any items returned after 7 days are only eligible for store credit if applicable.
-All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Kate Beck New Orleans. If the item is not in a condition that the next customer would be happy to receive it, we will send the item back to you. i.e. pet hair, deodorant marks, strong smells such as essential oils or smoke, deep wrinkles or creases not caused by packaging.
-Orders from clients with recurrent returns may be refused.
-Return payments will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to post.
-Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Kate Beck New Orleans is not responsible for return shipping costs. You may use whichever carrier you prefer to ship the product back to us. We are happy to issue a printable return label to you that will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

-All SALE items are final sale. Discounted items via promo code are considered Sale. Note we cannot price adjust for past sale product purchases.
-Please note that we are not responsible if returned goods are lost or damaged in transit. We advise that all return packages be insured.
-We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Apple Pay.
-All orders being shipped within the state of Louisiana are subject to sales tax.
