Merchandise Availability:

The availability of merchandise on our website is not guaranteed. While we strive to keep the website as updated as possible, our merchandise comes from our floor inventory, so items may already be sold out. Please note that your order will only be fulfilled if the item is in stock. If we can recreate an item for you, your order will be refunded until the new item is ready to be shipped.

Product Information:

We are a small shop with limited, one-of-a-kind merchandise and, as such, we try to encourage purchasing with intent to keep. While we continue updating our website with accurate measurements in the product description, please reach out to us if you have any questions before purchasing. We are available and ready to assist you with any questions including fit, sizing, cleaning/care, etc. You can contact us via chat, email, or phone and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

-Please note that while the colors on the website should be representative of the product you will receive, the colors you see on your screen depend on your computer settings and may not be completely accurate to the actual product. 

Shipping

-Kate Beck ships all orders via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping charges are due at checkout. Please contact us at studio@katebeckneworleans.com for international shipping rates.

 Exchange & Return Policy

-Please contact us regarding all returns & exchanges at studio@katebeckneworleans.com.

-All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Kate Beck New Orleans / Alquimie. The client is responsible for contacting us by email for all returns and exchanges. Merchandise returned by mail without prior approval will not be accepted and will be considered a donation. 

-Online purchases will be accepted for return within 7 days of receipt, meaning the client must contact Kate Beck New Orleans / Alquimie by email within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Merchandise must be unworn with all original tags attached.  Any items returned after 7 days are only eligible for store credit with approval.

-Purchases made in our shop or studio showroom will be accepted for return within 7 days of purchase at the original purchase location only. Merchandise must be unworn with all original tags attached.  Any items returned after 7 days are only eligible for store credit with approval.

-Purchases made at ancillary events such as art fairs and craft shows are not eligible for return. We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you need assistance regarding a purchase made outside of our shop or website, please contact us right away at studio@katebeckneworleans.com.

-If any returned item is received not in a condition that the next customer would be happy to receive it, we will send the item back. This includes but is not limited to pet hair, deodorant marks, strong smells such as essential oils or smoke, and excessive deep wrinkles or creases not caused by packaging. The client will be invoiced for the return shipping.

-Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

-Returns for custom orders will not be accepted. 
 
-Return payments will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to post.
 
-Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Kate Beck New Orleans is not responsible for return shipping costs. You may use whichever carrier you prefer to ship the product back to us. Once your return or exchange is approved, please email return tracking information to studio@katebeckneworleans.com. We are happy to issue a printable return label to you that will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

-Returns not shipped to the aforementioned address will not be accepted.  Kate Beck New Orleans /  Alquimie is not responsible for any returns not shipped to the correct address.

-All sale & discounted merchandise is considered final sale. Discounted items via promotional events or promotional codes are considered sale. We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you need assistance regarding a discounted purchase, please contact us right away at studio@katebeckneworleans.com.

-We cannot price adjust for past sale product purchases. 

-Please note that we are not responsible if returned goods are lost or damaged in transit. We advise that all return packages be insured.

-Orders from clients with recurrent returns may be refused. 
 

Payment:
-We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Apple Pay.

-All orders being shipped within the state of Louisiana are subject to sales tax.
