Rewards Points Tutorial

  • Rewards points are earned every time you shop. For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 point.
  • You can redeem your points in groups of 100. Every 100 points equals $5 off your order.
  • You may also redeem 200 points for free shipping.

For example, if you have 420 points, you can use 400 points to receive $20 off your purchase, and the remaining 20 points will stay in your account for future use.

Rewards Points Instructions

Follow the steps below to access and redeem your rewards points.

1. Log in to your account

You must be logged into your account to view or redeem rewards points. Sign in by clicking the person icon 👤 in the top right corner of the website or by selecting “Sign in” from the rewards pop-up. If you do not have an account, create one using the same email address associated with your past orders to ensure your points are properly linked. 

 

2. Access the rewards panel

After logging in, select the purple rewards icon located in the bottom right corner of the website to open the rewards panel.

 

3. View your points balance

Clicking “Rewards” at the bottom right will display your available points. Points accumulated will not be visible unless you are logged in.

 

4. Review redemption options

Select “Ways to redeem” to see all available reward options.


 

5. Redeem points

Click “Redeem” and use the slider to choose how many points you want to apply. Every 100 points provides a $5 discount.


 

6. Apply the rewards code

Confirm your selection by clicking “Redeem,” then click “Apply Code” to apply the discount to your shopping cart.


 

7. Verify discount application

Once applied, the discount will be reflected in your cart. If the code is applied before items are added to the cart, the discount will not appear until at least one item has been added.
